On Friday I like to: During the school year Fridays are reserved for a date day with my wife Teresa. When the kids are out of school, we usually spend our Fridays by the pool or camping.

This one time, at Lewis Group..: I pitched the idea to only work 4 days a week after tax season. At first, this new idea was met with some skepticism. Once the idea was implemented, not only did our staff love having 3-day weekends for 8 months of the year, but we actually grew more that year than any year that we have been in business!
